Alliance wars
An alliance war pits two sides against each other for a limited time. Looting and destruction earn points and a loot pool shared at the end.
Alliance wars
An alliance war is an official conflict between two sides, each able to group up to 3 alliances. During the war, all military actions (looting, destruction, captures) generate war points and feed a loot pool redistributed at the end. wiki.allianceWars.intro.description_part3

Maximum war duration
48h
Forbidden to leave or expel a member after declaration
The declaring side chooses a minimum duration during the declaration. During this time, no armistice can be accepted β the war must run its minimum course before it can be closed by vote.
War points
Each side accumulates two types of points that determine the result if the war reaches its maximum duration:
Pillage score
Generated by resources looted from enemy planets.
Destruction score (Γ3)

War loot
Any military action during a war generates a fraction of the collective loot, redistributed at the end among all members of the winning side:
- βΆ5 % of looted resources
- βΆ10 % of the value of destroyed ships and defenses
- βΆ5 % of the value of captured populations
- βΆ5 % of the value of captured equipment
The loot is shared between members of both sides at the end of the war, based on the result. The resources thus obtained are available in the Resource Stock section of your control room.
End conditions
Armistice (vote)
Either side can propose an armistice with a negotiated loot distribution. All members with the Declare war right vote ACCEPT or REFUSE. If the proposal is accepted by majority, the war ends immediately and the loot is distributed according to the proposed terms. This is impossible before the end of the minimum duration.
Limit of 15 days β Draw
If the total scores of both sides are within Β± Β±20 % % of each other at the end of 15 days, the war ends in a draw. The loot is shared 50/50 between both sides.
Limit of 15 days β Points victory
If the gap exceeds Β± Β±20 % %, the side with the most points wins. The loot is distributed proportionally to scores β with a maximum of 70% for the winning side.
